Welcome to my page and thank you for being here
I’m Paula and here’s a bit about me…
Throughout my life, I’ve been on a bit of a journey of two paths.
After graduating from a BTEC in Fashion and B.A(Hons) in Contour Fashion, I went on to have a successful 26-year career as a lingerie designer.
I had many amazing experiences in my career, but I also had many personal struggles along the way, that often lead to a feeling of burn-out and feeling very unhappy and unfulfilled.
For years I helped women to feel more confident and empowered through wearing beautiful, well-fitting lingerie, but that was far from the reality of what I felt on the inside.
Like anything surface level that we seek outside of ourselves to feel good, it’s a temporary solution to a deeper issue. It doesn’t address the real feelings of deficiency that many women suffer with at their very core.
Starting my spiritual journey…
I really struggled with low self-worth and a lack of confidence. I’d never really been comfortable in my own skin since childhood and negative self-talk was as normal as brushing my teeth. I knew that I found it hard to love and accept myself fully but could never quite find the solution. I strived for perfection and validation in everything I did, in the hope that one day I would feel good enough.
In my twenties, I began my spiritual journey that ran alongside my lingerie career. It was the start of trying to find my way back home to the truth of who I was, which felt like a journey of my own self-mastery trying to get to the root of my struggles and deep sensitivity.
I started going for regular crystal therapy sessions and meditations which helped to peel away some layers and bring a sense of calm, but the struggle was still there. In my early thirties I decided to train to become a crystal therapist myself. I loved learning about the crystals and their formations (which felt familiar), and they have remained a big presence and support in my life ever since.
Shadow Work
When we begin that inner enquiry and quest to ‘heal’ ourselves, it can feel like a daunting, never-ending task. You may have heard of the term ‘shadow work’, or ‘dark night of the soul’, which sounds scary in itself, but going in and working on our shadow self is just shining that much needed light on the parts of ourselves that are lost and bringing love to the parts that feel pain.
From my own experience, we can never truly overcome our struggles until we have met those unhealed parts of ourselves. For me, that was the missing element that had prevented me from getting to the true source of my pain and struggle. If we start to become conscious of our behaviours and triggers and look deeper into what it is we’re really feeling and when did we first feel like that, we can start to uncover the root cause and realise what it is we needed and didn’t get in that moment, so we can give it to ourselves now. The responsibility is ours, so we can learn to stop giving our power away to someone or something outside of us.

A Journey of Self-Love and Compassion
Life is never going to be perfect, and we will always meet challenges along the way, it’s part of our soul’s journey and growth. We can, however, commit to observing that growth through the eyes of compassion and curiosity to help us better navigate these challenges with more acceptance and grace .
As a qualified, Trauma Informed, Self-Love Coach and through my own personal journey of transformations and releasing past life and childhood trauma, I’m passionate about holding a safe space to help others with their own self-empowering journey and assist with overcoming personal struggles and pain.
We all have the ability to heal ourselves. Can we surrender and take the responsibility to want to change what isn’t working out for us in our lives? When we make that commitment to want to change and grow, amazing transformation happens. Would you be willing to love yourself enough to try?

Other things to know about me…
When I finally said goodbye to my lingerie career in March 2020, I needed the healing benefits of nature more than ever.
As I was going through a deeper level of soul searching, the connection and appreciation on my daily walks went to a whole new level.
It was like I was starting to see everything more clearly with eyes of wonder and I didn’t feel alone.
I started to see all the magic that surrounds us. I started to see the sacred geometry in the plants and flowers.I started to ‘see’ the faces in the clouds, in the trees, the lichen.
All the nature and tree spirits were connecting with me, and I saw it all in a whole new light, it was amazing!
I started to take photograph after photograph to capture what I was seeing. I do intend on developing these in the future, but for now, here’s some examples of the beauty and magic of the nature around us!
