9-9-9

Following on from my last post around completion cycles in this 9 year, today is also a potent day. 9-9-9, the 9th day of the ninth month (in the Gregorian calendar) in a year 9.

The 999 angel number signifies completion, transformation, andnew beginnings. It's a sign to release the past, embrace change, and step into your higher purpose. Trust that endings are making way for something better.

So, today is another great opportunity to reflect on the things that are no longer serving you in your life. Can you bring awareness to outdated patterns and cycles that keep you on repeat? Are you ready to release and let go of painful past experiences (across many lifetimes), processing them into greater wisdom and freedom?

The last few months and increasingly over the past couple of weeks, (as I've been ending more karmic cycles) I've really SEEN the repeated cycle around people 'taking' from me. This has played out across many lifetimes (often resulting in death), but I also fully see now, how this has played out in this lifetime both personally and professionally.

When we finally SEE these cycles, it's also important to remember not to fall into victimhood. Yes, this cycle has played out, but I've also allowed it/agreed to it.

When we recognise that, this is where we can allow ourselves to observe from a higher soul perspective. And, to feel and express (in a safe space, not projecting) any pain or grief we may be holding in the body, and let it move through us.

We allow compassion and self-forgiveness for those past aspects of ourselves, we bring healing where appropriate and most importantly we call our power back and end the cycles!

We remember who we are and we step into that truth of who we really are.

And as we choose what we will allow moving forward, stepping into our power might look like having greater discernment, saying 'no', having boundaries and being ok with disappointing others in the process.

When we hold trauma in the body from past experiences, it's those experiences that make it difficult to stand up to people and speak our truth. Deep wounds of unworthiness and abandonment can prevent us from speaking up in fear of the consequences.

Healing these past aspects of self, allows us to finally end these outdated cycles and contracts. And this year has been giving us this opportunity in greater intensity!

Remember the 'villains' in our story, are also helping us to remember how powerful we are.
