December Updates
How are you feeling?
Maybe a mixture of glad it's nearly the end of the year, but equally can't believe it's December!
This year has definitely been a whirlwind of challenges and breakthroughs. Many have experienced great loss, grief and overwhelm.
Whatever your challenges have been this year, it will have certainly made you dig deep and shed some more layers.
This year has been the year of the wood dragon and the dragon's certainly mean business! But, these challenges are always for our highest good (even though it doesn't feel that way!).
Challenges and curveballs give us the opportunity for growth and expansion. They show us where we're still holding on, feeling deficient, stuck in loops, resisting change, abandoning ourselves, doubting ourselves.
They're trying to get our attention of where we need to stop and acknowledge ourselves, to listen to the parts of us that need our LOVE to bring in healing and letting go.
The more self-awareness we gain on our healing journey, the greater capacity we have to meet these challenges with gratitude for what they're showing us that maybe we hadn't seen before.
We always have the ability to choose.

As we start to head towards the end of the year, it's a good time to start reflecting on the year you've had.

What have you done that you're proud of?

What do you want to leave behind in 2024?
What do you want 2025 to look like?
Balance in the personal growth journey is key. Keep asking yourself, what would bring me joy right now/today?
Talking of joy, I had a bit of inspiration/guidance a couple of weeks ago to bring through a 12 Days of Christmas offer.
