All of our emotions that we feel whether good or not so good, are there to be observed and acknowledged. We may feel grateful when we feel good, but can we feel grateful for the emotions that are not so good (anger, shame, guilt, sadness)? 

These are inviting us to go within and look deeper as to the driver behind this emotion. What part of us needs to be seen and heard? What core needs are not being met? See these more challenging emotions as a blessing to learn, to heal and release. Where is it held in the body?
