Self Worth

 
 

A lack of self-worth or not feeling good enough is something that a high percentage of us suffer from or have suffered from at some point in our lives. 

We can form these beliefs from an early age due to our experiences and as a result of learned behaviour. 

When we don’t feel worthy or good enough about ourselves, we continually seek approval elsewhere (whether consciously or sub-consciously) in the hope of gaining a sense of worth and validation. Unfortunately, if we don’t see the value in ourselves, then other people won’t see it either and this will be reflected back in our experiences. 

Ultimately, it is trying to teach us to go within and heal the parts of us that feel unworthy or not good enough, so we can see our own true worth and value. These experiences of not feeling valued or seen by others, however, will perpetuate the problem when we’re triggered by what is being mirrored back.

When we look outside to gain a sense of our worth, we are giving our power away.. When we stand in the truth of our authentic selves and radiate our worth and knowingness, then this will be reflected back in more empowered experiences.

Stand in your power and see yourself through the loving eyes of the creator. Look in the mirror and see the magnificence of all that you are. We are all unique and we are all perfect as we are. The only one that gets to decide your worth is you!
