Rebirth and Renewal
Happy New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aries!
I have to say, I'm delighted to be feeling the lighter energy ofrenewal after what has been a very deep couple of months of releasing!
This years eclipse window has been particularly brutal! ;-)
Eclipses can feel very intense as they shine a light on unprocessed emotions and unearth what we've been suppressing and ignoring within ourselves and the world around us.
The last couple of months has felt like another fast track of releasing unconscious patterns with past life and childhood wounding.
And certainly for me, a very significant one that needed to be seen to end a cycle. I'm incredibly grateful for that!
The world really is a magical place in how everything is designed to create these spaces and opportunities each year for us to keep evolving and growing, layer by layer.
Although meeting yourself can be painful, each time you rise from your underworld with greater light and strength.
The winter months offer us that opportunity to slow down and embrace the darkness. To look at the things we've been avoiding throughout the year.
As all of nature wakes up in spring, and the light returns, so too can we rise up and feel the benefits of all that we've shed through the winter months.
And incase you still need a little encouragement, the Eclipse season is there to give you a very big squeeze! ;-)
Many gods and goddesses were also resurrected from death around this time in Spring.
(The god Attis, god of vegetation. Goddess Persephone's annual return from the underworld was in Spring.)
When we embark on a journey of our own self-mastery, we go through many cycles of death and rebirth.
It's a devotional journey.

It's not surprising this year, that the call for more quiet time and rest is getting louder and louder. It's most definitely needed while we go through such immense changes both physically and emotionally, which can feel exhausting!

✨ Have you noticed any 'shadow' aspects of self getting louder that need your acknowledgment and acceptance?
This is a powerful time to really meet these parts of you that are wanting to be acknowledged and loved.
It's time to prioritise yourself.
We'll be going on a journey of renewal in my next Light Language container starting on the 7th April for 7 Days.
It was said that God created the world in 7 days (well 6, with a day of rest). And the first day was light and darkness.
This is something I'll be weaving into the space.
