Restoring Balance
How are you feeling?
How's your week been navigating the strong X-class solar flare and watery Supermoon Eclipse energy?
I know many are feeling very tired, myself included!
Lots continuing to come up for people, as we're encouraged to keep taking the leap into a greater sense of freedom and purpose.
I think the weather is perfectly reflecting the great range of emotions and shifts that can happen within a day!
There has never been a greater time and need for being still and present.
Observing ourselves with LOVE and compassion.

Monday evening I facilitated my monthly Sound Healing withLight Language meditation where many new codes and activations came in and in particular, a big clearing and activation in the heart centre.
Much needed at this time, as things get crazier and a little overwhelming in our internal and external worlds, we're being called more and more to stay focussed in our hearts.
As you start your day, you can set the intention to align your actions and experiences with and from your heart.
Take several moments throughout the day, to PAUSE and BREATHE into your heart.
Observe what is arising within, rather than getting drawn into any external chaos or distractions.
When we can come back to our hearts and connect with the truth of all that we are, it becomes easier to let go of the judgements and projections.
It becomes easier to find a place of balance and neutrality.

This highly charged week has been leading us towards the Equinox this Sunday (Autumn Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere here in the UK).
Equinox's bring the energy of balance, as day and night are of equal length.
This equal balance of light and dark, also offers us a time for our own inner reflection and introspection to observe where we might be out of balance.
This Cherokee story comes to mind…
One evening an old Cherokee Indian told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, 'My son, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
The other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.'
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: 'Which wolf wins?'
The old Cherokee simply replied, 'The one you feed.'
So, as Sunday marks the official transition into Autumn (although it feels like we've been here for a while already!), take some time to get quiet and reflect.
Notice how you're feeling.
Are you listening to how you're feeling?
Are you giving space to how you're feeling?
Are you honouring what you need?
Have you taken the time to ask yourself what you need?
Or, are you ignoring yourself? Too busy keeping busy and distracting yourself?
Is it time to make some changes and bring more balance?
Do you have enough downtime and self-care?
Do you regularly do things that make you laugh and bring you joy?
Do you allow your body to move/exercise?
Do you listen to what your body wants/needs?
If the answer is no, then I invite you to hold space for yourself to acknowledge the reasons why you might be shutting yourself down and not allowing yourself to thrive.
Don't you deserve that?
What one small thing (or big thing) can you do for yourself today?
