Journey of Self-Love
So much is shifting right now and it can be hard for our bodies to catch up. Not helped when we don't listen to what we need to help the shifts and integration.
When we resist allowing ourselves to rest, when we resist (note to self) allowing our bodies movement/stretching/exercise/shaking), when we resist proper nourishment, when we resist letting go, when we resist listening and honouring our own needs, we can really feel the 'suffering' all the more for it.
Sound Frequency
What is Sound Frequency?
All that exists is energy that carries a vibrational sound frequency and everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies.
Noticing the Signs
Sometimes it's easy to feel disconnected when we don't receive messages in the way we want to.
You may find it difficult to connect to your higher self and guides and tap into the inner wisdom that you hold.
But, we are all receiving signs all of the time…we just have to be observant to notice them.

Today is the Full Moon in Gemini and we continue to race towards the end of the year at high speed!
It's hard to believe we're nearly into December!
